We are grateful and speechless to announce that our fine dining restaurant Vinkeles has been awarded 2 Michelin stars in the 2023 Michelin Guide. This incredible achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our talented teams, led by Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm and Maître-Sommelier Natasja Noorlander.
For those who may not be familiar with the Michelin Guide, it is a prestigious rating system that has been around for over a century. Michelin awards stars based on the quality of the food, the skill of the chefs, the ambiance of the restaurant, and the level of service provided. Receiving a Michelin star is an incredible accomplishment, so achieving two stars is truly a remarkable feat. We have been proud to retain our Michelin star since 2009 at Vinkeles, and are very grateful of achieving our second star in 2023.
