Throughout a comprehensive study conducted alongside TringTring and a dedicated research team, The Dylan played a crucial role in highlighting operational efficiencies and logistical opportunities. Ethnographic research conducted at our hotel, observing daily interactions with delivery personnel, showcased a seamless alignment of operational excellence and environmental responsibility. The Dylan’s involvement helped reveal vital insights into the practicalities of sustainable hotel logistics in Amsterdam, highlighting the subtle yet powerful transformations needed to adapt the city’s historic infrastructure to modern, eco-friendly needs.
