As a Maître, you embody the essence of hospitality and radiate this in every possible way. You are a natural host or hostess. In addition, you oversee the entire operational process, aiming for innovation and progress at Restaurant Vinkeles. In collaboration with Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm, you ensure that every guest has a memorable culinary evening. Constantly focused on maintaining high service standards, you strive for an optimal gastronomic experience. You also lead a motivated, passionate team and stimulate the development and coaching of your team.

Located in the 5-star boutique hotel The Dylan Amsterdam, Restaurant Vinkeles has been established since 2006 in an 18th-century bakery with a rich history. It provides the perfect setting to appreciate the craftsmanship of our Executive Chef, Jurgen van der Zalm, and his team. The cuisine, often described as ‘exciting, modest, and refined’ has an internationally inspired palette with a foundation in French culinary techniques.

Do you recognize yourself in the following points?
