In the heart of the hotel is Bar Brasserie OCCO. Here, we focus on quality regional products, craftsmanship, and personal service. We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail.

Bar Brasserie OCCO is looking for a passionate Head Bartender. As Head Bartender you work in an enthusiastic Food & Beverage team and you will report to the Bar Brasserie Manager. You are responsible for a creative and balanced cocktail menu, with and without alcohol. The cocktails are served in Bar Brasserie OCCO as well as our two Michelin star Restaurant Vinkeles. Further, you will create cocktails for events or special occasions. You are constantly working to exceed the expectations of the guests. You also perform as a host(ess) at Bar Brasserie OCCO and together with the team you ensure that the guests have a fantastic experience.

The Dylan Amsterdam is an independent hotel, which means that you have a lot of freedom for creativity and the presentation and implementation of new ideas.

Who are you?

• You have experience as a Bartender.
• You have a helicopter view and eye for detail.
• You have in-depth expertise in the field of cocktails and spirits.
• You are aware of the latest developments and trends.
• You are enthusiastic and creative.
• You are hospitable and find it important to create a special experience for each guests.
