Here at The Dylan we like to consider the decadent affair as Bacchus would see fit, with a selection of our finest wines from the cellar and savory bites selected by our executive chef Dennis Kuipers.
Available every day between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., High Wine features a selection of 4 different wines and 4 amuse style bites at € 39,50 per person.

Pata Negra ham
with Galia melon, sunflower seeds and red port vinaigrette
Sautéed filet of halibut
with pearl barley, lime leaves and pumpkin, creamy curry sauce

with artichoke, red onion, crispy potatoes, mustard seeds and smoked lemon sauce
