Our private landing dock located on the Keizersgracht marks the beginning of The Dylan Amsterdam's new signature concept; Vinkeles on the Water.

Enjoy the exquisite dishes of restaurant Vinkeles, prepared on the spot in a 'live cooking session' on board 'The Muze', a completely renovated 19th century wooden salon boat.

Whilst roaming Amsterdam's numerous canals, the Michelin awarded dishes will be served to you and your guests at the on-board 'Chef's Table'.
