At the Dylan we are focused on delivering an unforgettable experience to all our guests. The expectations I set for our clients and business partners are not just a promise, but the reality. That makes my job, as the Director of Sales for the hotel, remarkably easy!
My reservations team and I receive plenty of feedback from guests. Some of my favorite comments are:

Of course, winning the Netherlands Leading Hotel for two years in a row and, more recently, being awarded a Michelin star also makes me very proud to be part of the Dylan family.
