It is completely safe. Your booking will be done via a safe and secured system. However, should you have any doubts, you can always call us or send an email to sales@dylanamsterdam.com.

Reservations made directly at the hotel can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Please note that for reservations made through external partners different cancellation policies might apply.

On the right bottom side of the website or you can send us your question by filling out the "Contact us" form. You will find this form on the head of the page under "Contact".

Pets are not allowed in The Dylan Amsterdam.

Yes, you can make your reservation by phone. To do so please contact our Reservation Manager Carol Domacassé on +31 (0) 20 530 2010.

The Dylan is located on the Keizersgracht (number 384), between the "Runstraat" and the "Berenstraat".

Extra beds can be put in the room depending on roomcategory (with a maximum of one extra bed per room, including babycots). An extra bed can be added to the following room categories: Superior Canal View, Superior Suite Garden View, Luxury Suite Garden View, Luxury Suite Canal View.

Yes, our concierges are more than happy to arrange a guided tour suiting to your preferences. You can find the concierge desk in the reception area. Should you prefer to arrange the guided tour prior to your arrival then please send your request to sales@dylanamsterdam.com.

An early check-in can be arranged by making a booking including the day prior to your arrival (pre- registration). The charge will depend on the day rate of the day prior to your arrival. Non- Pre Registered reservations are not guaranteed for early check-in.

The hotel has 8 rooms which are interconnection and can be made into 4 "family rooms". The rooms categories which can be made  interconnecting are: all the Superior Canal View rooms and the Luxury Suites Canal View. 

The hotel has a variety of beds depending on the room category. The Standard Single Rooms, have a single bed, the Luxury Canal View Suites; have a King Size bed and all the other room categories have Queen size bed.  There is only one room than can be made into a twin bedded room.

 Yes the hotel can be easily reached by public transport. See the extensive discription on the head of our webpage under "Contact", then click "Route".

Yes all the major city sight are in walking distance of the hotel. For example:

The taxi fare from or to Schiphol Airport is approximately €45,- per trip.

The Dylan is a non-smoking property. Guests who would like to smoke are allowed to smoke outside in our garden.
