    The taxi fare from or to Schiphol Airport is approximately €45,- per trip.

     
  • Q What is the smoking policy of The Dylan Amsterdam?  
    A

    The Dylan is a non-smoking property. Guests who would like to smoke are allowed to smoke outside in our garden.

     
  • Q Are museums and attractions within walking distance?  
    A

    Yes all the major city sight are in walking distance of the hotel. For example:
    Anne Frank House
    Rijksmuseum
    Van Gogh Museum
    Flower Market
    Royal Palace

     
  • Q What type of beds does The Dylan Hotel offer?  
    A

    The hotel has a variety of beds depending on the room category. The Luxury Canal View Suites; have a King Size bed and all the other room categories have Queen size bed. There are two rooms that can be made into a twin bedded room.

     
  • Q Can The Dylan Hotel easily be reached by public transport?  
    A

    Yes the hotel can be easily reached by public transport. See the extensive description on the head of our web page under "Contact", then click "Route".

     
  • Q What does The Dylan Hotel charge for early check-in?  
    A

    An early check-in can be arranged by making a booking including the day prior to your arrival (pre- registration). The charge will depend on the day rate of the day prior to your arrival. Non- Pre Registered reservations are not guaranteed for early check-in.

     
  • Q Does The Dylan Hotel have connecting / family rooms?  
    A

    The hotel has 8 rooms which are interconnection and can be made into 4 "family rooms". The rooms categories which can be made interconnecting are: all the Superior Canal View rooms and the Luxury Suites Canal View.

     
  • Q Can The Dylan Hotel arrange a guided tour for me?  
    A

    Yes, our concierges are more than happy to arrange a guided tour suiting to your preferences. You can find the concierge desk in the reception area.     A

    The Dylan is located on the Keizersgracht (number 384), between the "Runstraat" and the "Berenstraat".

     
  • Q Is it possible to put an extra bed in my room?  
    A

    Extra beds can be put in the room depending on roomcategory (with a maximum of one extra bed per room, including babycots). An extra bed can be added to the following room categories: Superior Canal View, Superior Suite Garden View, Luxury Suite Garden View, Luxury Suite Canal View.

    Pets are not allowed in The Dylan Amsterdam.

  • Q What is the cancellation policy at The Dylan Hotel?

    Reservations made directly at the hotel can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Please note that for reservations made through external partners different cancellation policies might apply.
